We need to be 100% transparent with our customers and if we make a mistake, own up to that mistake and do whatever is necessary to correct it. For our internal customers/stakeholders, provide an environment where they are capable of being honest with the leadership team.

By providing proper PPE and safe work practices we will remain diligent to this goal.
